Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday.

Daily rental is possible subject to a minimum of 2 nights stay during the following seasons.

  £57/night low season.

  £79/night mid season.

  £88/night high season, only available 30 days before travel.

Bookings received before 1st June 2008 subject to 15% discount on stays of 7 days or more

Damage waiver insurance is available at £35/week. If this option is not elected then we ask for a £150 refundable security deposit.

Airport meet and greet plus transportation to the apartment can be arranged.

Payment by bank transfer or cheque in Euro or £ preferred.

All major credit cards accepted.

20% is payable on booking with full payment due 60 days before travel.

Reservations made within 60days of arrival require full payment.

The price is for the apartment with up to 4 people.

If your stay is less than 7 nights an additional charge of £50 is charged for cleaning.
